What is regenerative medicine?
Regenerative medicine can refer to joint shots made from blood or other body tissue. PRP is one of those shots; the clinic draws and spins some of your blood to make it. The term doesn't mean cartilage becomes new. Ask whether the expected result is less soreness, easier walking, or new tissue on an X-ray. Those aren't the same result.
Why is my joint sore after I sit?
